Yes I have become a newbie, it is so long since I have been one. I'm already an established member of a few writing forums so was quite surprised to find an invitation in my inbox. Thakyou Sharon.
Let me introduce myself: I'm Heather, I'm quite happy for you to shorten my name - Heath, Heathy for example. I'm 18 and currently studying English and Creative writing in University. Suffering a bit of writers block at the moment. It's rather bothersome as I have creative pieces I should be doing but can't.
I have always loved to write, as well as draw and I have had lessons in photography and dabble in the digital art as well as sketching, so I'm an all-round artist.
Genre wise, I specialise in the random and attempt comedy. I can sometimes have a dry wit and sometimes be completely absurd. I was talking to my mother using a schitzophrenic sock puppet for two hours last night. Yes, I am odd and probably should get a life.
The forum looks rather interesting and I think I may stick around. Nice to meet you all.
