My name's Jessica, I live in Toronto, Ontario.
I'm obsessed with Solitaire, Radiohead, the smell of vinyl, and, y'know, boys. Okay, I lied - I don't know what vinyl smells like. I have a few records, but I've never actually held them right up to my face and deeply inhaled. But I do like olives in my sub and sundried tomatoes in my pizza. Goat cheese, not so much.
I'm a random person, and my English teacher called my writing "delightfully quirky" last semester on my report card.
I have experimented with a number of instruments, including (and limited to): the drums, the guitar, the oboe, the bass, and the clarinet (which turned out to be a six-year stint, kept only for band trips). I do sing and play the piano, but I'm not amazing at either.
Music is my life, though, even though I can't play much of it. I love classic rock, folk, punk, alternative, metal, and anything in between.
My future plans: Go to McGill University, and become a music journalist.

Favourite Movie: Almost Famous, or Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
I can't remember when I started writing. Since the day I was out of the hospital, my mother would take me to the library and read me a book, until I started going by myself. I've always wanted to be SOME sort of writer. From grades 1 -5, I wanted to be an author. Now, it's journalist, and I think I'm in too far to turn back now.
Anyways, I think that's a long enough introduction. This seems like a cool site, and everything.
