She walks into the classroom Scars up and down her arms They stare and whisper She slowly walks towards the desk all the way in the back They all turn to watch her The teacher says "Good morning class." It's only 1st period This day is going by way too slow She pays attention and writes everything down She gets up to walk out Then he stops her dead in her tracks She looks down on the ground He smiles at her This is the beginning of a wonderful thing Called Love

I liked how there seems to be that concept of change at the end and a peek of light for the girl. the word "to" should actually be "too" Didn't care too much for the poem myself, felt it was a little lacking in emotion if that makes sense, but that's just my opinion. Thanks for sharing this with us, keep writing!

well i guess its more of a personal piece and if you knew the story behind it you would understand and possibly say that it had emotion. But thank you for your opinion sharon
