I have started this healthy routine recently. I only have the food for two times a day and then get my weight under control. I feel that has helped me reduce the sugar issues and also managed to control everything in order. I feel that is a good way to handle things.
What about you? How have you handled the fasting and healthy eating?

So do you eat two big meals or just eat normally and skip your third?

I don't do it exclusively but I like to do IF from time to time usually about 30 days in a row. I keep it simple for myself by only eating after 11 and nothing after 7. I don't really restrict myself to any particular types of food. I try my best to be mindful of portion and control and still to whole foods (non-processed foods) as much as possible.
