Anybody make their own? We've tried & had good success with making ketchup, mayonnaise, hummus. What I like about it is you can add or subtract from the recipe to cater to your own individual tastes. Example, I don't care for an overly powerful vinegar taste, so we tone it down a bit for the ketchup. What have you experimented with?

I make salsa from time to time. I heard mayo is really easy to make but I haven't tried it myself. Whenever my husband makes bread I like to make a butter garlic dip.

My mom would make this really good cream cheese dip that was to die for, I need to find how that is made.

We've only made hummus. Other than that, we've never really tried to make our own dips or sauces. It's just easier to get the ready-made stuff because of how cheap they usually are.

Can't beat the taste of homemade stuff though, always taste better than the pre-made stuff at the store.
