One of the things that I developed this time around being pregnant is a caffeine sensitivity. One cup of coffee causes heart palpitations! It's a total bummer. I don't like the way it makes me feel so I've had to take it out of my daily routine. I can still have coffee ice cream though which is great, at least I can still enjoy the taste

There are coffee alternatives but if you like the TASTE of coffee, they won't do you much good. I personally cannot do caffeine. It makes me what I call a Hyper Grouch. I'm boingy boingy while biting your head off lol I have to be extremely careful even with my herbal teas to be sure they don't contain any.

I started drinking mio energy for a morning drink at work, my mom had issues with coffee so I try not to touch anything hard, the little I do drink doesn't do much for me either.

I used to love my coffee, but I've switched mostly to tea as I can't really stomach it anymore. I used to practically live on the stuff, but it tends to make me sick now.

Lately I've been utilizing my espresso machine. Iced or hot apparently it's less caffeine than a regular cup of coffee.
