So far it is working well! I had one instance where I had to manually reset it within the first week so I’m not sure. We will see.
Do you like to run on the treadmill?

Would love to get one for my place but I don't think I have enough space for it. I can't be bothered to go to the gym so something like this would be great. Until then, I'll have to stick to walking outside

Walking outside is actually better than a treadmill, I think the constant hard track can cause issues to knees.

That would only be beneficial if you walk consistently on softer surfaces like grass outside though right? If you're walking on hard pavement, it wouldn't be that different?

I think it's more about the repetitive motions. But I think that is also true.

Treadmill is one of the vehicle that can be good for the calorie burning. I have realized that it can get some of the weight off your body. And doing this regularly is a good thing for the health too.

How do you like your treadmill now? Are you able to up the speed or distance? My parents had one when I was a teen that I commandeered lol I worked 2nd shift so would exercise after work when I got the most energy. Fortunately it was in their basement so I didn't wake them. I would alternate between running, jogging, then plain walking to make it fun. I also incorporated different exercises such as walking in a squatted position & walking backwards. If you put music on or have something to watch, it goes by faster. For those who use a treadmill, what helps you pass the time?
