Watching my form based on what was advised in the video below I am able to do 6 complete push ups. Obviously I have a lot of progress to make but we all need to start somewhere!

Roughly about ten fist ups, I can't do push-ups as they hurt my right wrist.

It's funny because I used to think push-ups were very easy until I watched a video like that where it explained how to do it properly. I can do around 10 proper ones although the last two are probably a bit dodgy xD

If you do them every day then you will be amazed at how many more you can do.

Yeah, I'm trying to get into it again. A bit easier to do them regularly now that I work from home since I can quickly do a few every hour.

I might try push-ups again if my wrist is good, I think fist ups were just hurting my whole hand, or maybe I'm just not built to be strong

I will have to try some fist ups just to see what it is like. Is it meant to be easier than the traditional pushup?

Can be bit harder but supposed to be less of a strain on the wrists.

I can do 10 regular ones. If I stop doing them daily, I find I have to start back at 1 lol I have never tried doing fist ups. You'd have to have really strong wrists. Plus, I'd be afraid of twisting them & hence, them breaking! For those who have done fist ups, do they make your wrists stronger? Has anybody tried to do 1 handed push-ups?
