My usual stretches, 15-min walk on a treadmill and 5-10 push-ups.

Does walking count? Did about 40 minutes of walking today which is not too bad. It's quite funny that because I have large strides (kind of), I still haven't hit my step target for the day.

It does, I used to do that lot when I had more free time. It's better than nothing.
I did the same today, but managed to do 10 fist ups. (my palms hurt when doing push-ups, so I just curl my fists and do them that way)

I did my usual morning stretches and yoga routine. Then I worked the heavy bag for about 30 minutes.

I get 10,000 steps in a day. Since the weather hasn't been too nice I have to do it all by marching in front of the tv or walking around the house. I can't wait for spring to come so I can go hiking again.

True, even a bit of activity is better than just sitting at home doing nothing. I'll have to give that a try, never tried push ups with my fists

So... reading your posts in this thread has made me realized how much of a slacker I've become. I have not exercised since I started this thread. lol Hopefully this changes tomorrow!

Finally got started on my regular walking. The best thing about it is that when I woke up, I thought I wasn't going to bother today because I was tired but I just went for it. Put on the It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia podcast and went for a quick walk during my lunch break.

Finally got started on my regular walking. The best thing about it is that when I woke up, I thought I wasn't going to bother today because I was tired but I just went for it. Put on the It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia podcast and went for a quick walk during my lunch break. I did a couple of straight planking that lasted for 3 minutes this morning. Closed the drilling with some standing jogging and my back aches. I am happy to be back keeping fit!

I am at least moving more around work, but sadly I have completely slacked on my stretches. I really need to get back into it.

I am mostly starting the day with the yoga and the walkin. I have realized that when you are going through a lot of health issues. You should have some sort of the routine that can help your health so walk by default is a good option.

Didn't walk as much last week but I'm off to a good start this week. Let's hope I can keep at it without feeling lazy.

I've fallen off of my daily routine, so I definitely have to get that going again. However, I was just on a work vacation this past week and walked approximately 40 miles over the past 4 days so I definitely got my exercise in that way. lol
