How is your daily water intake? I try to drink at least 3 bottles (32 oz) daily. I need to make it a priority again, nowadays I'd be lucky to get through one bottle!

I'd say on the week days, 20-30 oz, a little less on the weekends.

The app I use to track my daily water intake says I should be drinking around 3600ml based on my age, height, and weight. A bit hard to hit daily but I am trying now. I probably get about half of that every day which is not good.

There are other factors like what you do, but 3600ml seems a bit much.

It seems to depend a bit on where you look but the usual range I can find is around 2500-3600ml. 3600 does seem like quite a bit but I guess if you're pretty active and out and about all the time, it shouldn't be too bad.

How much water I drink depends on the season, weather, and my work routine. During the summer, I drink more water compared to the winter season. I drink more water when I am outdoors. Normally, I drink at least 2 liters of water every day.

I have a 32oz bottle that I take with me to work and fill up every morning. I try to drink at least that throughout the day to keep hydrated. Some days I'm better at it than others.

Recently I've discovered that I drink more water when I use a straw.
