Do you like spicy foods? What are your favorites? We had Thai food tonight and requested that my green curry be 'hot' ...but I think it may have been too hot! I could barely eat it. So go glad that we also ordered pad thai.

Nope, not for me. I rather not have a stinging sensation coming in or out with hot food.

I do like spicy food. I think it just makes a meal better and more interesting really. Talking about spiciness, what's the hottest thing you have tried from the Scoville chart?

I believe the hottest I've ever eaten is the Serrano Pepper. I've used cayenne pepper as a spice.

That is probably a good spiciness level to stick at. Even the Scotch Bonnet or the Habanero might be okay for certain dishes as long as there isn't a lot of it. Anything above that is not good.

I like spicy food. I like the tingling taste and the heat in my mouth as I eat food. If the food I am eating is not spicy, I like to make it spicy by adding pepper pickle or Schezwan sauce.
