Does anyone have a fitness band? They're not as advanced as smart watches but are great ways to track your general day in terms of steps, the amount of water you drink etc.

Nope. I use an Apple Watch and prefer it.

I wear a FitBit band and love it! I recently bought a medical ID that hooks onto it with straps that look like the stretchy hair holders and I really like having that info there and not having to wear another piece of jewelry.
My FitBit holds a charge for about 10 days and I love that. It's really accurate too and sometimes I've tested it but then I realize that I've only been walking slower so that was the reason I didn't have as many steps counted.

I used to have a Jawbone Up which I actually really loved. It had a built in Jawbone users community where it was easy to motivate each other. I enjoyed using that fitness band they had great customer service however, after the band breaking a second time I decided to move on to something else.

Nope. I use an Apple Watch and prefer it. I would love to get one but I just find it hard to like the square shape of the watch. Would be awesome if Apple could release a circle design but I doubt they will do that

I think I remember this, but don't see many people using or talking about it anymore.

Fitness bands like the xiaomi and the realme are good option to start with. They are medium priced and they work with both iOS and the android. I know many who make use of those bands and it just works for simple calculation of the health parameters.
