French Fries. Do you guys tend to dip it in a sauce/dip or do you tend to eat it by myself?
I used to have always them with ketchup but recently I have them plain (as long as they have salt on them).

Depends on how good it is made, always with salt (not drenched in it) and ketchup if it tends to be dry. I prefer beer batter french fries best.

I have never tried beer-batter french fries. I didn't even realise that was a thing, to be fair.
I've only ever tried beer-battered fish which was quite nice.

Stumbled across them by accident, they are so very tasty, the coating makes them wonderful.

Beer battered fries are amazing!! You can find them in the freezer section of your grocery store. Has anyone tried them in an air fryer? I love cooking fries like that.
A lot of times I like eating my fries dipped in ketchup. Do you know people who put the ketchup on them first while they're on the plate?? No thank you to that because they get soggy. I love crispy fries.

Don't think I've seen them in the freezer section, any certain brand name? And yeah, air fryer is amazing.

I have to have it on the side where I can dip into it.

Usually, I have them with ketchup, or sometimes mayonnaise. Although, if I'm going to a restaurant, and they have anything fancier, then I'll probably try that (for example, I had them with chilli jam last time I went to Nando's).

We used to make our own homemade french fries. They were definitely better than the store-bought frozen ones. My husband would joke with me if I wanted fries with my ketchup lol As I tend to use A LOT of ketchup. I also put a bit of sea salt. My husband grew up putting apple cider vinegar sprayed on them. For those who haven't tried that, let me know what you think! Have any of you made your own? What is your favorite style? I always preferred shoestrings. Didn't like the thick cut ones.

I've only heard of putting vinegar on chips but I've never seen it done with french fries. I guess it's not that different so I will have to give that a try.
