It is one of those things that people sometimes look over and not do, as we all have busy lives at home, work or school. Do you take the time to exercise during the day? If so, what do you generally do?
I tend to take walks most days of the week. Though I have been meaning to increase my time of constant walking an additional 30 minutes per day on top of my actual time, I am doing better at being consistent and taking less breaks in the middle of it.

Definitely not enough especially as I'm working from home now. There was a period where I was walking every day but stopped that for the moment since it's got a bit colder.

Not enough as well, I do stretch every day and walk at least 10 minutes, but I know I need to do much more.

Didn't used to exercise much at all, but around two months ago, I decided to start being more active for my health. I started out small, but now I'm up to around 30 minutes of working out (in 10 minute sessions) and around 20 minutes of walking a day.

I exercise daily. I have a "body part" day that includes legs, abs, arms, etc. I just make it fun & if I'm not feeling the best, I allow myself to do light exercises. If it's really a bad day, I practice self-care & focus on other areas with stretching. I also take 2 to 3 walks with our dog on our acreage. I have some videos as well as Youtube Trainers that I follow to spice up my routine. My tip is to not make it seem like work Do you practice self-care as well in your exercise routine?

Exercise is a form of self-care for me. Just trying to be more active and move around more helps my mood, some of that might just be the feeling of doing something productive, though. I do try to give myself at least five minutes where I just sit and relax each day--no thinking about what I need to do or any sort of worries, just taking a moment for myself. I also keep track of my general mood for the day (was I stressed? Tired? Sad? Happy?) and try to note at least one thing I'm grateful for each day because it's a good way to stay mindful of my feelings.

Walking is the only exercise I am doing these days, I go for 60 minutes walk three times in a week. When I walk, I do no brisk walk and sweat out. I walk in my own pace.
