Have you ever tried it? Were you good? I did it when I was younger but rarely as an adult. We just don't seem to find time for the things we enjoy do we? I wasn't good at it but it was fun.

I think once? Been a long time since I was last near a pond, wouldn't mind trying it now.

I've recently tried but was not successful... I think you need to choose certain types of rocks - I don't know much about the techniques for skipping rocks.

I tried it once or twice, but I wasn't very successful at it, unfortunately !

I grew up as a country kid and we used to have a campsite in the Adirondaks, right on a lake. Skipping rocks was a favorite summer pastime. We used to compete to see which of us could get the furthest. Now, whenever I'm at the lake or beach, I skip a couple.

Unless I'm not remembering correctly, I don't think I've ever done this. I've only really seen it done on TV shows or movies but it does look pretty cool. Might have to try it for the first time one day

I used to when I was younger. Spent a lot of time as a child going to local lakes to fish with my grandfather and visiting a state park with a lake and small waterfalls, so that was prime time for that sort of thing, haha.
