A classic that has been shown on TV numerous times. Directed by Steven Spielberg in 1975, it is based on a novel by Peter Benchley of the same name, in 1974. Stars Roy Scheider & Richard Dreyfuss. If you were a kid watching this, it honestly gave you nightmares. It is definitely not one young kids should watch. While the animation leaves something to be desired when compared to today’s technology, it does send chills down the spine. Did anybody watch this? What did you think of this classic movie?

Jaws is a classic. I am a big horror movie fan as well as a huge fan of man v nature type movies, even the super campy "Sharknado" type ones. I love Jaws. Not only does the movie itself still hold up, but it is one of the best movie scores in existence.

I recently rewatched this movie, and remembered how corny some of the scenes are. Though if they had better working animatronics, some of the shark movements would have seen less robotic and more real. Still love the movie, and the other movies that came out after it.
