[glow=purple,2,300]This picture makes me want to do some analyzing, (i hope you don't mind) but i am going to say what i think is the meaning behind this particular piece. (just my opinion and what i think) the black... perhaps it's representing the darkness of life, including confusion, insecurity, chaos, etc... because the background isn't completely black, maybe it means that there is a hint of light, a little bit of hope and/or faith. The shape... maybe the reason why it's a circle and not a square or triangle, is because the artist choose not to have sides. ...and there goes my 2 cents ;D[/glow]

Yeah, I definitely got the same impressiont that Sharon did. The darkness representing perhaps less than happy times in the self or the life...the bits of light shining through give it a sense of hope and the circle in the center in the much lighter color than its surrounding is kind of like a beacon of hope for me, like the soul itself is clouded by darkness but there is still that eternal light that shines through.
Great job. It evokes a lot of curiosity and emotion.

This is a great abstract piece. Good job. I really like the fact that in makes each person think about their inner self or at least think....good job. i love it.

I don't see the light... I see the "circle of life"... the blur is how life is fuzzy, we never know whats going on, everything seems to come full circle in the end though. the darkness is the not knowing, the hurt, the pain, the anger...
