A 1996 movie starring Helen Hunt & Bill Paxton. I actually love Bill Paxton’s movies. His portrayal of the characters were quite good. It is about a group of storm chasers who are trying to get funding for their research using a prototype named Dorothy (how quaint lol). Of course they have to have a rival, played by Cary Elwes to add in drama. It was a great movie & I’ve enjoyed watching it several times since it came out. One of the scenes I love the best was when Helen Hunt’s character, Jo, says “Debris”. The “debris” in question was huge lol What did you think of this movie? Did it provide enough action & suspense for you as well?

This is definitely one of my favorites! It's one of those movies for me that I NEVER get tired of watching even knowing what's going to happen I still tune in like it's my first time watching. I've always like Helen Hunt and come to think of it some other titles with her I don't mind watching periodically e.g. Castaway, What Women Want, Pay It Forward. I can't seem to think of any recent movies I've seen with her.
Anyway, yes Twister I enjoyed this film very much and have a good balance of story, suspense, and the actors were great in my opinion.

I quite enjoyed Twister, as well, it's a fantastic film! My favourite scene is close to your favourite scene, it's the one where the cow goes flying across them in the truck and one of them says "Cow!" and a moment later "Another cow!" followed by "no, I'm pretty sure that was the same one!" For being a movie meant to be taken seriously it certainly had it's amazingly funny moments . I get enjoy watching it when I get the chance, and films quite like it such as Dante's Peak, The Day After Tomorrow, and so on!

I loved the movie. I wish the town they built specifically for the movie was still standing. I would have loved to explore the area, if they hadn't demolished it to show the damage a big tornado can do.
