Do you have that one place you head to in order to clear your head, maybe relax and think things over or even just for a little break?

Yep, my room in my chair surrounded by all that brings me joy and peace. I escape there daily.

Anywhere in my home works for me. In fact I value my peace and serenity so much that I don't like it whenever anybody comes over. I even don't like the phone ringing. I have become so reclusive in my old age!

Jump right into my bed and either watch some TV shows or listen to some music. Helps me clear my head pretty quickly and it's a great way to relax

If hanging out in my room listening to music isn’t cutting it, I’ll take a bike ride down to the beach and sit at the end of the pier, just looking out over the water for a while.

I... do not. I need one though. Sometimes when I'm feeling particularly overwhelmed I go for a walk around the neighborhood but I don't have a specific place I can escape to unwind or destress.

I live on wooded acreage so I just have to go outside my door into nature as a way to escape life. We also don't believe in cell phones so I don't have that on me constantly chirping, beeping. For me, just unplugging throughout the day is my escape.

There's walking down to the nearby pond (I have a YouTube video where I give a "tour" of the island in the middle of that pond, which is about 30 yards long). There are also coffeehouses; I like the independent ones, as does my wife, but I also have bad luck with them closing. The last indy one I frequented...um, blew up. Thankfully not with me inside.
