Something I've been doing lately...I make up a to do list and I try my best to get everything on there done - it's been helping me with my time management hehe
Anyone else do this?

I really should take up this practice. I'm horrible at time management. It doesn't help that I'm usually working at least two jobs while going to school full time. Speaking of which, only two weeks until I'm back to two jobs & full time classes. How I will miss the very peaceful one-job existence of the past month.

I have a few things on my to do list and its probably growing all the time, would be great if I could complete some but would have to save up some money first. The first thing on my list to do would be to see New york and what it has to offer whether it be food (which I have heard great things about) and the sights too such as Central Park.

I have fallen off of this method lately...but I will pick it up again. I find myself thinking of things I need to do at home while I'm at work and vice versa... I need to do what I need to do when I am there. That goes the same for the grocery list. I find myself thinking I obviously need toothpaste I will remember that because we're running low and what do you know I end up forgetting it. lol Lists are good...it looks overwhelming at first but it's an awesome guideline.

Got an app for it, love it.
I feel more accomplished when I check things off the list and helps me prevent from forgetting.

I have multiple To Do Lists! I don't think I can function without them and they have to be on paper and not on my computer or phone. I'm not sure why I prefer to hold them in my hand like that and scratch them out as I finish things on the list...but then again maybe it's much more satisfying to feel that pen do the scratching? My lists usually begin at the moment I think of a project to do or a vacation to plan. Everyone knows I have lists and my sister calls me out for it but I don't generally forget anything when I go to visit her because of my list!

I have certainly changed since my last post on this thread. Since my run-in with COVID last May-Aug, I've had persistent "brain fog" as one of the many lovely long-term symptoms. This means my short-term memory is scattered at best. It has become a requirement just to get through my days, especially professionally, that I have to-do lists and schedules written down. I do find that it makes me more organized in general as well, so silver linings, I guess?

I'm a type A type so I always have a to do list. But I tend to get on it fairly quickly and thus my list remains short. I believe that while we type A's make for good employees, we are probably hard to live with. lol

Few years back ive had such type of list and it made to me complete the work on time. I am currently lazy without any list so I have to rethink and utilize my time. This list can make our time more valuable and also help to finish something in any project.

There are times where I will forget something so I do try to keep an updated to-do list as much as possible. I use Microsoft To-Do for this as it syncs with the app on my laptop and phone. Plus, you can set up reminders.

My to-do list is large enough and active enough that it's threatening to take me down an alley and beat the living heck out of me. :-) I'm constantly knocking things off of it, adding to it - and it's probably essential at this point. I'd be lost and wandering without it.

Something I've been doing lately...I make up a to do list and I try my best to get everything on there done - it's been helping me with my time management hehe Anyone else do this? I always have that. I usually use my notepad/excel sheet for that purpose. I have one sticked up to my desktop, so whenever I login, it reminds me my pending tasks. I too have it in my phone, as I can't sit in front of that monitor for whole day. That's why I also take an updated sheet on my portable phone. 😊

I normally do not do to-do lists for stuff in life, but I do keep planners if I need to schedule stuff out in advance, as I hate forgetting being prepared to do or go somewhere, when I know I need to be prompt about it. Though I do have a few online to-do lists for stuff that I am working online. Mainly for things I want to get done for websites, before the end of the year.
