So, as life takes me down the road, I found myself stuck in a hospital bed for the next few weeks with nothing but my mothers laptop to keep my company through the long hours. I was (out of pure boredom) deleting old messages from my e-mail, and stumbled across some old emails from sharon. I remembered, I used to be rather active on SD and ... oh where did the time go? I haven't been on in ... FOREVER?! So, I guess reintroducing myself is appropriate at this moment? correct? Maybe. Anyway, here it is, cause you have no other choice.  SO, here is my life as of... well forever ago... I lost a baby, went back to driving, lost my mind (literally), lost my boyfriend, started a local job, lost pretty much everything... Went insane for awhile, consumed my life with bars and alcohol... got pregnant, went back on the road driving, lost my driving job due to another high risk pregnancy, found my mind again, found my happiness again, found a better job, got put on bedrest and didn't completely obey, so now here I am, 26 weeks pregnant, stuck in bed in a hospital 150 miles from home until I deliver my premature baby. And thats pretty much it. lol. I think that sums it up... Anyway, so I remembered SD, and thought I'd come back and check it out... So I am hoping that everyone can amuse me so that I don't feel so confined to nothingness for the next few months. |

well technically it's been a couple of months since you last posted this - I've been MIA as well... if not for Cullen, I probably wouldn't have come back for at least another few weeks!!! (no joke) things have been hectic but I could at least devote a few minutes to this place..being admin and all! anyway, that's a whole lot you crammed into that one post, I hope everything's going better for you. keep us updated k?

So I saved the day?.. But anyway... I can't believe i missed this post! How old is the baby... i should be able to do the math but its 4am here? whats it's name... boy or girl... is that that baby there is pictures of in another thread?... i think it might be... hm.. checking that out. Welcome back! We've all been neglecting SD recently. Life tends to happen outside of cyberspace as you well know. I hope things are going better for you. Good luck with everything and I hope to see more from you.

Wow. Its been 3 years now since I posted this. Life has been very busy. Things are great now. Since that post, my baby was born at 30 weeks, 2.5 months early. He was in the neonatal intensive care unit for about 6 weeks, then deemed perfectly healthy and was sent home. 3weeks later his dad left us, 3 weeks after that we couldn't make rent so we were homeless... a long stream of bad luck happened... then I met an amazing guy who turned everything around for us. I am engaged and have my 2nd little boy, and last since he was born early as well. We have a home and things are looking up for us. If I get around to it, I may post a couple pics later. How is everyone else doing?!

Wow! I'm glad things are looking up for you now. What are your children's names? I love babies, they're always so cute.
I'm doing good, graduated college and got a full time job editing. Currently homeless, my lease starts on Thursday and I've been without one for two weeks. I got dumped about three weeks ago. And I'm honestly able to say that I'm happy with life.

That’s not really much coming from an amateur publisher like me, but it’s all I could think after enjoying your posts. muslim marriage Great grammar and vocabulary. Not like other site. Hey everyone- Just popping in again. This is what happens when I delete my old emails. How has everyone been? Funny how we forget about things that used to make us smile. My little boys are 1.5 and 4.5, Christopher and Charles- Named after my dad and my step dad-
How is life treating you all? Life has taken me down some pretty crazy paths, but is now finding its way to normalcy again... hopefully. Seems like every time I say things are settling down, things get upturned again! lol

Well I'm recovering from a cold right now...but for the most part life has been treating me just fine. I'm looking to get SD up and going again. Hopefully some old timers will come back but I'm thinking new members will help pick things back up. |
