Any tea drinkers out there? For the longest time I've been devoted drinker of Unsweet tea (black) - I was never a fan of green tea. More recently I came across White Tea. Though I would probably prefer Black Iced Tea over White Iced Tea - when it comes to a warm beverage I think I would choose White Tea. Thought I would share some of its benefits: - Antioxidants
- Cancer Prevention (colon, prostate, and stomach)
- Lower Blood Pressure
- Lower Cholesterol
- Heart Protection
- Stronger Bones
- Antibacterial & Antiviral
- Healthy Teeth and Gums
- Healthy Skin
Have you tried White Tea before? What do you think? Haven't tried it before, will you? If not, why not? ...just curious

I don't think I've ever had white tea, but usually there are a lot of different types and flavors in my house. I usually will just drink red rose or salada, although I don't drink hot tea very often. I do drink iced tea quite a bit though!

I do drink iced tea quite a bit though! Down here in Texas it seems like everyone loves some sort of iced tea. I know myself, when I'm ordering it at a restaurant when I'm asked sweet or unsweet I request for half and half as sweet tea is usually too sweet for me. =)

I drink white tea occasionally, but I usually go with green or black teas. I especially like chai tea, oolong tea, and of course the old standby of Earl Grey. When it comes to iced tea, I usually drink Arnold Palmers (1/2 tea, 1/2 lemonade).
