Well I completely missed them. I wanted to add them to the "bands I've seen" list. I'm not a fan of Sloan but they weren't bad.

I was supposed to go to that. Probably still could....

There are probably tickets left ...
I wasn't actually supposed to go but my sister's friend couldn't go. She didn't want me to go because I'm in Brantford and she'd be in Waterloo so now she has to come and pick me up and then drive back to wherever the Drink is ... I can't remember.

this sucks. Saul Williams is opening for NIN ... why? I hate hip hop ... I'll be at the merch stands that entire time ooh Foo Fighters might be coming back for an acoustic show ... I'll so be there

I'm going to see The Trews on February 13th, so long as my buddy picks up the tickets. I'm stoked .

Oh yeah, I liked that one song I heard ... hah, I'm not really good with names.

Yeah I really like them. I can see not liking them though. They're really one of those bands with no middle ground, you love' 'em or you hate 'em.

Well, it's like that for a lot of bands I guess.
This is what I dislike about concerts ... you have bands out there that have plenty of songs but only play an hour and a half show. Or bands that don't even play that! I know the Sevendust show seemed short but I actually don't know how long or how many songs they played. Sometimes you're having such a good time you forget. The Pearl Jam show was almost three hours long but it went by in a flash. I miss them.

I just found out that FRANZ FERDINAND is coming to Winnipeg! But the theatre they're playing only holds about 2000-3000 people, and they're playing with Death Cab for Cutie, so that show is going to sell out in a flash. That's going to be an amazing show if I get to go .

I'm not really a fan of Franz and I don't like Death Cab but that's AWESOME for you!! I always get so excited when I hear about bands coming.
It always sucks when you don't get tickets though after you've gotten all hyped. I couldn't go to Aerosmith in March because my sister has no money and it's between two of our other concerts ... I've liked them since I was a kid, I need to see them!! The tickets are expensive but I just want to see them one time ... one time is all I ask! The three bands that I was obsessed with as a kid were Guns N Roses, the Offspring, and Aerosmith and I've only not seen Aerosmith! Sorry, I ramble.

Ooh, Aerosmith was here in December. One of my friends saw them, and she said they were amazing. Hopefully something will happen and you'll be able to go. That'd be sweet . Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of Death Cab, but I wouldn't say I dislike them. That would be amazing were I able to get tickets.

Yeah, some miracle ... I need someone else to take me to concerts, haha. I would have loved to see the Eagles when they came but the tickets were outrageously expensive.

The Eagles would have been an awesome show, but I don't think they got anywhere near us. Possibly Grand Forks, but Minneapolis/St. Paul was probably the closest.

They play 3 hour sets too I think. They better for the price they charge! Other bands/artists I really want to see that I don't think I've mentioned are Collective Soul (I saw Ed and Ross play a couple songs at Much Music but I want to see a concert and Ross left the band ), Emm Gryner, Soil (too bad I won't because Ryan left ), and Marty Casey because that guy has an incredible voice. I want to see Tantric again because I only saw them open and that means short set and I freaking adore them!

The Opeth concert was great. The Devin Townsend Band and Dark Tranquillity opened ... it was a really good show. All three of the singers (from each band) were really interactive with the crowd. It was quite long, we didn't get out until 12:30AM and my legs and back were killing but overall, great show!

Just got back from the Nine Inch Nails concert! WOW, it was FN amazing!! Very loud, especially for an arena show. My ears are ringing. Very cool stage props (they had a transparent screen), great set too. I bought a NIN hoodie wooooooooo!

Children of Bodom was really awesome!
I got Pearl Jam tickets for May 10 and I'm trying for May 9 tomorrow. Nine Inch Nails tickets go on sale April 1 for the June show at the *shudders* Molson Amp. Tool's new album is coming out May 2 which will probably mean a tour!
WOOT.
