So here's a thread to recommend music ... I'm not sure if everyone likes to get recommendations but I sure do If you come across a new artist or band you think is great, post here. Maybe we'll all find something we have been looking for but could never find Some new artists I've stumbled across: Mia Sheard (check out "Cover Girl" or "Call Me") Lijie (check out "Roam" or "So High") KT Tunstall (check out "Other Side of the World" or "Another Place to Fall") Feel free to recommend something to me please, haha

Yeah, I've heard a bit from KT Tunstall and she seems really good. I haven't heard the songs you mentioned though...I'll have to check them out.
Some artists I would recommend would be:
- Anna Nalick: I would definitely listen to her songs "In My Head" and "Catalyst" Actually....the entire CD is pretty good.
- Aqualung: He's not really a new artist, but he's just recently begun to get some recognition. I wold recommend "If I Fall" and "Easier to Lie"
- Ian Knapp: omg, I fell in love instantly with him. He's got a very Bright Eyes-esque sound to him, with a dash of aqualung mixed in. His songs "Into These Oceans" and "If The Aliens Came" are lyrically great.
- Postal Service: They have soem good songs, such as "Such Great Heights" and "The District Sleeps Alone Tonight"
.....I'll probably be posting some more varied recommendations sooner or later. I have a wide variety of musicians that I listen to. I guess you could say I have a very eclectic taste in music.

I <3 Aqualung. I don't even know why I bought his cd, but I did and I love it!!!
I'd have to agree, "Easier To Lie" is great, but I'd also have to say listen to "Another Little Hole."

If anyone out there likes female vocalists, you should see if you can find Andrea Lake's album. I found it for 3 bucks at a used CD shop and was intrigued by the cover so I bought and it and I'm so glad I did
