Keeping You A Secret is about a high school senior girl named Holland Jaeger. Holland Jaeger has the typical teen life. She has to live up to her moms standards and not to mention her own boyfriends and friends. That all changes when she meets Cece; a lesbian who is "out and proud". As her and Cece grow closer together her and her friends grow farther apart. Hollands break up with her boyfriend is messy and she turns to Cece for support. When her mother finds out that she's a lesbian she kicks her out and doesn't even let her give her baby sister a kiss.
This book has not only made my feelings for gay rights stronger but have made me realize all the crazy things people would do to make them "go away". They aren't going away and I don't want them to. And if you like reading about lesbians and like romance this is the book for you. I definately give this book a 10. This book is absolutely amazing and would blow your mind.
