Just because you want me, it doesn't mean you want to be with me.
Just because you need me, it doesn't mean you can't live without me.
Just because you kiss me, it's not because you have to.
Just because you miss me, it's not because you really want to see me.
Just because you smile at me, it isn't cuz I make you happy.
Just because you hold me, it isn't cuz you want me forever.
Just because he says nice things, sometimes they aren't always true.
Just because you make plans with him, sometimes they get broken.
Just because someone says they love you, they don't always mean it.
Just because a heart has been broken they don't always heal

"Just because a heart has been broken they don't always heal"
That's a really nice line there.
I like the idea of this, but the repitition of 'just because' got a little old about halfway down. You could do a really good job with this if you took some of the 'just because' out, and extended more on the idea.

"Just because you make plans with him, sometimes they get broken"
--I do not get why this line was included.
And I actually don't get this:
"Just because a heart has been broken they don't always heal"
--I think I see an idea here but the way it was worded is strange and makes no sense to me. I don't know, maybe I'm missing something ...
