Best friends What does that mean? Always being there for each other in their time of need Telling each other secrets Talking about boys or girls at school Writing notes Sharing things Borrowing movies, books, and clothes Being silly Acting crazy but what holds a friendship together? Is it the common characteristics or the trust? The same interest or the love? When two people become best friends it's great When they lose each other it's sad And I don't want that to happen Between Jen and I but she's pushing me away Using me like a RAG Saying I'm completely useless And that's no best friend at all or even a friend But I continue to stay in fear of losing the one and only person I can trust Act crazy with Borrow her things Be there for her Talk to her about nothing and everything at the same time And no one can full fill her place She's one of a kind

Ah, the subject of best friends. I could go on and on talking about how I fell on the matter, and I could go on and on about my "best friend" but I'll keep the rambling to myself.
You describe it as such a wonderful thing to have a best friend, and I know it should be. I just wish I could have everything that I want in a best friend in the person I call my best friend.
This is sweet, but as a poem it could use work. I don't really know what to suggest though.

I've noticed you like to question a lot in your poetry. You always write about a subject where you find yourself confused or frustrated. That's not necessarily a bad thing though The poem itself is kind of bland. I'm not really sure how to comment.

Laura you know me through my poetry thats just great..the more you read them the more you understand the author or in this case poet...honestly i like this poem i think it flows well...but you'd have to understand what i was going through when i wrote this and you might see it through a different perspective
