a/n: I ... just don't know what this is. Ah, comments loved as always.
Flicker
it's no later then the first Sunday in the spring and I'm rummaging into old burrows left by blind squirrels and albino rabbits
and I'm gliding over snow chapped mountains hands gripping the horns of this dragon built almost machine like moth with ancient years behind its name
and it's marvelous, magnificent the colours the sky possesses in each and every cloud I see your smile flickering through a rain storm on a perfectly sunny day
my nose is no longer frost bitten as I float through sun rays speeding down like a childhood slide gripping the edges to splinter my hands
and when I feel the wood from the sun cut into my palms I'll run and sing into the wind hoping my voice will get carried to you
venture, I'm venturing cornering through all the mazes it's a new universe in the sky -
and all the colours it's marvelous, magnificent and in each and every cloud I see your smile tickling my tongue - flickering through a cloudy rain storm on a string ray of sun

"my nose is no longer frost bitten as I float through sun rays speeding down like a childhood slide gripping the edges to splinter my hands" When I read those lines I could picture a little girl sliding down a wooden slide with a look of pleasure on her face even though the blood running from her hands was most obviously causing her physical pain but she paid no mind to the pain, only the happiness that had befalled her from sliding down the wooden slide..

"left by blind squirrels and albino rabbits"
Squirrels that can't see and white rabbits! My dogs would have a great time with them!
"and when I feel the wood from the sun cut into my palms I'll run and sing into the wind hoping my voice will get carried to you"
That's my favorite part. I love the picture that brings to mind.
I can't really say what it is that makes me like this so much...

That part seems a bit random to me - but I liked how the rest of this poem flowed. It gave me a calm-like view with the sky, storms, nature - an enjoyable read.

This one was an enjoyable read to me. What gave you the inspiration for this (if you don't mind me asking)?
