My therapist/psychiatrist has said to be in session to list off a few things I'm looking forward to for suicide prevention in life. So for me this current moment :
1. My dinner tonight.
2. Sleeping well tonight.
3. Doing aroma therapy.
4. Meditation and yoga.
How about you? What are you looking forward to currently in life?
