Are there any special benefits that your workplace offers you such as health insurance etc.? And if so, do you look for new jobs with similar benefits when wanting to change jobs?

My place seems to offer a bit more pto than others, but otherwise it is nothing amazing.

Outside of the standard PTO and health insurance, my company offers stock purchasing. Even Part-Time employees have sick time (rare in my field) and 401K options. They also offer a lot of mental health and well-being benefits, not tied to health insurance plans which are nice. On top of that, they offer caregiver benefits, tuition reimbursement, inclusive medical options, and bereavement, among other things.
My company is not perfect, by any means, but they are one of the best I've worked for as far as benefit access.

I wish we had 401K but they do offer employer covered healthcare and optional vision and dental insurance.

So you don't have to pay at all for your healthcare?
