Having some rest is always necessary for the body, mind and soul. After our daily activities, our body seek ways to relax and rest. I, for example, sleep from 9pm till 4 am the next morning.
That is how I get to rest my body from every day activities. How about you?

I definitely don't get enough sleep which is probably not a good thing. I usually fall asleep at around 1-2am and then wake up at 9am. It's not too bad but I would definitely feel better with a few more hours of sleep.

I get about 7-8 hours with my new work schedule, solid 6 on some days. At least 8 on the weekends.

It depends a bit on what I'm doing on the weekends but usually, I get around 9-10 on the weekends. That's an amazing amount of sleep and helps me feel refreshed. Just wish I could get that amount every day.

Pretty much my weekends, at least on saturday lol.

People have to remember there is a difference between rest & sleep too. I'm in bed around 9-10 hours but sleep about 8 on average. I go to bed around midnight & get up around 9am/ 9:30am. There are days when I wake up with my husband at 4:30 where I stay up for a bit, depending on if I can get back to sleep or not.

It really depends on the day. Now that my schedule at work is a little less regulated than it used to be, my sleep pattern has had to adjust with not always great results. I definitely should get more rest/sleep, that's for sure.

It's been over 6 years I have been sleeping just 3 hours on daily basis and it's something that's been a very serious challenge for me. I know that I'm not getting enough sleep but I can't help it.

It's been very sporadic for me lately. It really depend on my food consumption. If I don't time it right and I get hungry in the evening I cannot go to sleep for hours even after I eat.
