Do you carry cash with you? I withdraw about $60 every month but I treat it like play money.

I keep roughly 20-40 on me, a bit more or less. Never hurts to keep a bit of cash on you.

I literally withdraw about £20 every month and then get change for it because my barber prefers to be paid in cash. Other than that, I don't use cash.

Can't say I blame him, the fees to use credit cards is ridiculous.

Yeah, can't be great. And the issue is that when you start offering it, everyone is just going to use it instead of paying with cash. So I can see why he doesn't take card payments

I try to only keep the cash which I can hold for the day. I make sure to move the rest of the payment system through the app and the services. That always helps out with the payment system of various types. In that context, I'd say that having the cash less is better.

I really need to start keeping some spare coins in my car for parking meters. The supermarket near me offers a refund for the parking charge but you have to use the actual machine instead of paying online which is annoying.

We always use & hence carry cash. I don’t have much in my wallet as I hardly go out without my husband. Don’t believe in credit cards. Only have a debit card which we rarely use. I learned early on to pay cash. It’s too easy to go over a budget when you use a card. Yes, you may get points & cashback, but if your card is stolen, ALL your money would be stolen via identity theft. Whereas just the money we had in our wallet would be.
