Last night, or this morning really - I woke up from a bad dream and I remember thinking wow I'm really glad that was just a dream, but the emotions I was feeling the anxiety and heart racing all of it was real. I don't remember what the dream was about though. I've considered keeping a dream journal I just find myself being groggy in the morning - I don't know if I can write first thing like that.

I sometimes do, they can be very weird and strange. I try to forget them.

I often remember my dreams. What I find frustrating is that even though I've been retired for 11 years, I -STILL- dream I'm at work!

I'll often remember more the feeling of my dreams, rather than the actual content.

There are a few times when I will remember things from my dreams. Had a pretty vivid dream a few months ago that I can still remember details from. But most of the time, I just forget it straight away.

According to the experts, we dream 4-6 times per night. I cannot remember all the dreams that I see throughout the night, but I do remember 1-2 dreams. Some dreams are so powerful that I can remember for years.

I try to remember the dreams. But often It happens the dreams kind of get lost from my mind. And the thing is that if you try to remember the dreams often we don't have strong means for the same. I know for sure that forcing to remember such does not work most of the time.
