I love any excuse to bring family and friends together so I like to throw a casual birthday party. One of the things I miss about working in the office, my birthday usually meant someone treating me to lunch.
What do you usually do for your birthday?

Either alone or stuck going around to different family houses, not really doing things I want to since it is on Christmas day  |

Mine is so close to Christmas that I don't really bother with it much. And since Christmas is so special in my family, I've always been less interested in my birthday anyway. We just tend to go out, enjoy the day and then have a nice meal at a restaurant.

My birthday just passed a few days ago on 13th of April. I didn't do much when it comes to celebrating it. I had a few friends over and we cooked and drink. I was celebrated on Forum Promotion as well.

We don't celebrate birthdays or holidays anymore. We believe we don't need a "day" to tell our loved one they mean something. However, we do acknowledge them. When I was younger, we had a bigger shindig with special occasions. As a kid, it's all about the presents lol

I might go out with my best friend it’s a yearly event near my birthday to go somewhere good, other then that depends on the year  |

I usually just hang out with a couple of friends for my birthday or do dinner with my family. The one absolute is that I always take the day off of work, well enough in advance so there's no way it will get declined. At the very least, I'm going to spend the day without any responsibility to my company.
