What kind of uniform do you have to wear for work? Or do you even have one?

We do not have a uniform as we all primarily work remotely. Even when we regularly went to the office there was not an official dress code but it was a given that we shouldn't probably roll in with pajamas, shorts, or flipflops. lol

I have a bunch of company polos in various colors as well as a few t-shirts and baseball tees with the company logo. I wear that with jeans and sneakers and usually a baseball cap and my nametag. It's not a bad uniform all told and the polos are actually really nice, athletic material so they're comfortable enough.

My first job I didn't have any uniform (other than to look nice), second one I had to wear company polos and black pants. My current job is I just have to wear a nice button-up shirt and can wear jeans as long as they are nice.

About 35 years ago I had to wear a uniform when I was driving a Coca-Cola truck. I didn't mind it at all, it had my name on the shirt.

I have been told that it's business/smart casual so the plan is to just wear some jeans and a plain sweater/jumper. Haven't had to try it out yet though since I've been working from home since I started at my current place.

I have black scrub bottoms and a blue polo shirt. I personally like wearing uniforms, it makes it easier to get dressed instead of picking out which costume Ill wear for business casual. Do you all like uniforms or would you prefer wearing whatever you'd like?

No uniform for me, being a uni student. But I used to work in an office where a suit was the expected attire, and I had to keep a tie ready at my office for whenever we had meetings with external people.

We don't have one . It's such a small company (only about a dozen people at our office even before we switched to working from home) that there's really no point.

I would really hate that, not a fan of suits and always a pain to put on.

Agree with you on that. It's not too bad once in a while but having to wear a suit all the time would just annoy me.

Since I worked factory jobs, we didn’t have uniforms. We could get company shirts & pants but I liked wearing my own clothing which was more comfortable & doing my own laundry. I couldn’t imagine having to wear a uniform.
