Did anybody watch this film? It's a really good look at the innocence of children in the midst of great evil. I really enjoyed this film, it was a fantastic look at WWII through the eyes of those children, and the depravity of the camps.
Anyone else watch this film? What were your thoughts on it?

My husband watched it but I couldn't. It's quite deep & it'd be with me for a long time.
I would however recommend it to people. From my husband's point of view, do have tissues nearby.

This movie devastated me. I mean, I already knew that ending was coming, but it still destroys me. It was excellently done though, and seeing that era through the perspective of a child is not one we get often, so is all the more impactful for it.

I have to agree, the ending is so beautifully tragic, it's an important one to watch, I would say. So very well done!

One of those films that were very well made but you just hate. We actually watched it in school because we had to analyse the film which was not at all a fun experience.
