Have you flown recently? When you travel do you usually go for the lowest fare or are you loyal to a particular airline?

I haven't flown in a couple of years at this point, but I usually just used Southwest because they're generally the cheapest. They certainly aren't the fanciest and they are kind of a pain in the butt when it comes to having to change flights, but they are (at least they used to be, not sure about now) one of the last airlines that didn't charge for checked baggage.

I can confirm that they still in fact offer free checked baggage (one carry on, one personal item, and one check in!) It's not the fanciest plane but it was more than enough to get from point A to point B. The last flight attendant that made the announcements was quite entertaining. He was like "We know that you have many choices when it comes to flying just remember, no one loves you and your money more than us. My mortgage lender thanks you, my spouse thanks you. Thank you for flying with Southwest."

Have you flown recently? When you travel do you usually go for the lowest fare or are you loyal to a particular airline? It's been more than one year that I have flown in flight. After the pandemic, there were restrictions in air travel. So, I avoided travelling by flight and used train/bus instead. Normally I prefer using economy class. Actually the business class here are too expensive, and the price is not justifiable at all. They should provide more features at this price range.

I've never ridden on business or first class. I'm with you I could never justify the price, it's not THAT convenient in my opinion.

I don't have a preference although I avoid going for the cheapest option. Paying a bit more to go on a plane that will make sure to take care of you is always worth it.

Recently flew United for work. I really like their app and the fact that you could track your checked baggage. Did not like the $35 checked bag fee but at least I can expense that.
