Do any of you use a trail camera? We watch North Woods Law (law enforcement & DNR) & they talk about trail cams. Some people do use these off season & not just for hunting. It’s a good way to get up close to wildlife without them catching your scent. If you do have one, have you ever captured a picture that was good? What camera have you used?

I know that I've seen others share clips that they've captured in the wild but I've never thought to set up cameras myself.

I've thought about it since we have deer in the back yard but never spent money yet. Maybe some day.
When I'm out in the county park walking, I often wondered if the park rangers have trail cams set up to keep an eye on people? It's kind of creepy to think about. They're so inconspicuous!

I've seen them mention with big foot or ghosts of the like. Never used one myself.

I'm not exactly in an area where a trail camera would be extremely exciting.
We do have a forest nearby but chances are the best thing you will see is a hedgehog or a curious fox.
