A little bit of background for this; I'm not sure if you've heard of it, but recently there was a landslide in a town near me called Oso. Anyway, this little haiku popped into my head, and it means a lot to me especially because I know quite a number of people who were personally affected by this disaster. Anyway, here it is. Thoughts? Mud and dead bodies. Nature doesn't remember all that it destroyed.

I like it. Haiku is crazy difficult, for me at least, with the syllabic restraints, but when done well it just sort of sticks, ya know? This sticks. Nice job.
