Do you tend to save your money for something big, or like to spend it as you get it? It's better to save, because you can afford holidays and places to go out...or maybe a console!
I like to save for the most part. Spending money on smaller things isn't as good.

I love to spend. I accepted this a long time ago. Over the years I have learned to spend wisely though. I also learned how to use credit and use it responsibly to get everything I want.

I tend to spend. Once my bills are paid each month, I have a tendency to equate the remaining to "play money" and shop with it. I'm trying to be more fiscally responsible though. I'm working on setting up a budget I can/will actually follow to save up for my (eventual) move to NYC. Hopefully within the next couple of years, I'll have what I need.

I try to put aside 20% of my income from my employment per month. Savings help with unexpected bills and costs and help achieve a goal if you require a sum of money to achieve it. It's much better than taking out a loan and being charged a ridiculous amount of interest every month.

I'm pretty good at saving money, though can spend a bit much whenever a good sale appears.

I grew up respecting the value of money. Even now, we don't believe in credit cards. We do splurge every so often as that is healthy but for the most part, we are homebodies. As of now, we are debt free. Own our own home. Buy vehicles with cash. Just like I was taught. Thank you Mom & Dad

I am trying to save up some money now. Well, it's kinda hard to cut down my expenses but I plan to get a property pretty soon. For that, I will have to save up some money for down payment. Houses are too expensive these days It's not at easy to save up a lot and I will have to abandon my BJD collection for some time.

I am very good at saving money. I am 100% debt free and my home and vehicles are all paid for. I got rid of all my credit cards many years ago and pay cash for everything.
Truth be told, I have more money than I know what to do with.

I love to spend as well but I'm pretty careful with how much I spend. I like to treat myself from time to time but I tend to save most of the time. Currently saving for a deposit for a house although it will take a little while

I like to save for the most part. Spending money on smaller things isn't as good. The smart approach here is to have a proper balance between saving and spending. I save almost 30% of my salary ine diversified investments. Out of that 30%, 15% I deposit in cryptocurrency, leftover amount I invest in sip and deposits. I think it is enough to save 30%.

My opinion around the money hasn't changed much since 2014. I still consider myself a spender. I literally have to think as savings and investing as "buying" something. I buy stocks and ETF's now. I must say I've gotten a lot better with budgeting. It helps now that I'm a mom - kids are so expensive.

I try to save money where I can... I'll splurge here and there to buy myself something nice, but I always worry about putting myself into a tight spot if I'm not careful with my spending.

So much money wasted on useless things when I could have been buying some shares at cheap prices .

I know right. Hearing about people getting stock as presents at a young age makes me quite jealous as well. We could be rich right now!

I'm pretty good at saving money, the only debt I have is the house, at the moment at least. My siblings are into investing, I'm a little intimidated by that whole world, not having money at hand or losing money gives me such anxiety.
