Hi there, I've come across this forum and have been enjoying looking through different threads for some time, so I thought it would be nice to register and take part in your wonderful conversations. I'm not a very creative person, but I do appreciate good literature and most of the art forms, so I guess I have something to say on the subject. I'm Ukrainian who moved to India 6 years ago and started a new life in this exotic land. I wouldn't say I merge with the local culture, but it definitely influenced me in the way I see life. Well, a few more facts about myself - mother of two kids (and one more is expected any time this week ), housewife, freelance content writer, master degree holder in Ukrainian and Russian philology. Traveling, reading, photography - just a few hobbies of mine. Hope we'll be interesting for each other.

Mogra welcome to Serene Distraction! I'm glad you decided to join us and post You say that you're not very creative person but there is no such thing as non-creative person! Perhaps as you hang around you will be inspired. We would appreciate any feedback you are able to share with us.

I do try to incorporate bits of creativity in my everyday life, whether it's the way I choose clothes for my girls or how I serve the meals. Brownies for the Valentine's Day, for example

Also, a couple of years back I've tried some flower making... Those are beautiful! Perhaps you would consider posting these in a new thread in the Sculptures board, I think that would be appropriate =)
