I find myself apologizing again for all of you all your excuses float pollutedly inside my mind give me a reason to complain they say
I have some change loosely clanging in my pockets and I have an unholed roof and unholed socks and I have some chewy steak in the garbage
the one I couldn't chew the one I threw out
that makes me rich rich ignorance rich bliss
I'm tired of excuses plenty of company a Christmas with gifts, a fellow glued to my arm because I could take him far
you say I have no reason to complain and all my eyes do is rain, they rain, they flood, they're drained
and I want to scream fuck you I have soaked up all that I could all the water stains is my heart
all the water stains, they gather but all the water stains is my heart
this roof was born to shelter us and I hope you understand this soon 'cause all the water, it gathers but all the water stains is my heart

wow. this is really good. I don't really understand the first part and how it connects to the second part but maybe that is just because I am tired... ? who knows?

I really liked how you started this poem. I know I can relate to it and I'm sure many others can as well.
