...that is, if anything... Brantford - OntarioPhil Hartman (most known for his voicing on some Simpson characters) Robbie Robertson (musician) Alexander Graham Bell (he thought of the idea for the telephone here, ooh) Wayne Gretzky (hockey player, I'm sure you know him) there are others that Brantford considers famous but if I don't know who they are, I'm not listing them

Also, Brantford had parts of the Silent Hill movie filmed there. My friends and I were going to make a road trip to see it in action,but... that kid of fell through.
SARNIA! Sarnia's most well known... thing... Chemical Vally. A lot of the chemicals for the world are produced here. Yea, Sarnia is smoggy like that.
Bayfest is half popular around the surrounding towns.
Also, we are rght on the border, and that is kind of a hot spot for truckers and whatnot.

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Capote and Shall We Dance were filmed here. The Guess Who, Bachman Turner Overdrive, Neil Young (well, he was in high school here for a few years). The 1919 General Strike, in which about 20000 workers went on strike. Many other smaller bands and artists. The Golden Boy (the statue on top of the provincial Legislature)

Yes, I see.
I can't wait for the movie to come out though so I can see good ole downtown Brantford - such a filthy little place, if I do say so myself. The idiots there were trying to kick us out I'm like "I'm going to the library ... with my camera, yes ..."

Downtown Brantford is a hole. And smells.

I know, I see it every time I go to the library. You gotta love those fake parlours and billiard wooden signs along the streets advertising that you, yes you, should open your business there.

Well, yeah, hold on let me think about that, yeah, that's about right ... no, Paris is, definitely. I lived there for 2 years and I am scarred for life. Not to mention it smelt like raw sewage and fish. Oh and better give it extra points for giving birth to my arch rival.
Unfortunately, I'll be stuck living here for the rest of my life. Let's see, I'm 20 now ... so about 700 more years. Well, at least that's how long it would take me to move out of here.

It's not like I want to stay here, I just know I'll be here forever. I definitely don't want to move to Toronto or Hamilton that's for sure. I should move to Newfoundland where my roots are.

Belva Lockwood was born and raised in Middleport, and then the only other thing is that Gasport/Middleport lies on the Erie Canal. [/glow]

I always used to go fishing there.

Yeah, we used to go rafting ... then there was that whole water thing that went on and people were afraid of going near the Grand thinking they'd come out with extra toes or something. When I lived in West Brant, the grand river was in my backyard (down a steep hill mind you but still).
