Bitter Bunnies
i watch bitter bunnies hop 'round deserted parkin' lots figure eights and Celtic knots mermaid braids and colored chalk got more holes than i have socks but it's not the bunnies' fault i hear rabid rabbits pray far ahead of desert rains for dandelions and tooth decay for candy pains and lemon graves got more thoughts than i have brains but the bunnies aren't to blame

[glow=black,2,300] That was interesting. It was definitely different, but I liked it. Nice job. [/glow]

"figure eights and Celtic knots mermaid braids and colored chalk got more holes than i have socks"
and
"far ahead of desert rains for dandelions and tooth decay for candy pains and lemon graves got more thoughts than i have brains but the bunnies aren't to blame"
--I guess that's basically the whole poem, but those above were my favourites. You use rhyme effectively and it's got this nice bounce to it but seems kind of melancholy, in a way. Interesting and definitely original.

[glow=purple,2,300]this is probably not the message you intended on delivering but i'm going to say how i interpreted the poem anyway...
i thought of the bunnies as a symbol for kids and "the young ones" today... and how, some are just so distructive and overall misunderstood. [/glow]
[glow=purple,2,300]it's not the kids' fault. [/glow]
[glow=purple,2,300]they're simply much influenced[/glow]
