a/n: So I was in two very different moods while writing this and it shows toward the end. It lacks a lot, but has potential I think. I can't exactly get all my thoughts to compile together into an even nicely written poem.
Your lips stumbled to the center of my stomach and I remember quivering from the thought of you- and the heat radiating off your finger tips.
I am so far away now- So far- So god damn dreadfully far- But I can still smell your body in my shower and your cologne on my sheets. Perfuming my insides with memories of what used to matter so much to me back when I mattered to you.
And I'm naked under the worlds sky these bright blistering stars- and you could never understand why I do such crazy things. I'm so bare and the world sees all there is to see of me- But does not fail to measure up it wraps around me for miles like you never could.
You stumbled over the swelling in your throat and the shaking in your knees.
And I hope to walk away this time around being the strong one.

" Perfuming my insides " --I love this idea! " back when I mattered to you" --god how many times have I felt like this ... yes, I know how this is. " And I'm naked under the worlds sky these bright blistering stars- and you could never understand why I do such crazy things. I'm so bare and the world sees all there is to see of me- But does not fail to measure up it wraps around me for miles like you never could." --f*cking brilliant is all I have to say. Excellent choice of words and amazing metaphors. At least that's what I got from it. Good job

I thought I left a comment on this one, but I guess not. Anyway, I really liked it. You chose the perfect words to describe the situations. "it wraps around me for miles like you never could." I really liked that part to, even if it's only two lines... It kinda spoke to me...
